  After a few difficult months of independently trying to find a Marketing Exec, we turned to TVH for help. The problem is that we're very choosey; We'll employ anyone, just so long as they're absolutely brilliant! Is that too much to ask?
  Over 5 weeks, the TVH team sent 15 prospective sets of candidate details our way. We managed three while we looked ourselves for two months! Most didn't meet our very unreasonable standards even at phone interview, but we narrowed it to three candidates for interview.
  Two candidates made it through the first interview to the second round. Both turned out to be so good that I simply couldn't say 'no' to either. So we offered and received acceptance from both candidates!
  Now, it's true that this has been a stretch. And we need to step things up to ensure we're adding more excellent clients for our marketing services to keep these brilliant new employees fully motivated and, of course, profitable. But the extra investment is definitely worth it and I don't regret the extra investment for one second. We're committed to growth.
  The TVH team were excellent to deal with and I look forward to using them again and confidently referring business their way.
